18 May 2018 – The Club Managers’ Association (Singapore) organised the second of its multi-part Industry Talk Series at The National University Singapore Society (NUSS) – Suntec City Guild House.
In collaboration with Kaplan, CMAS was pleased to invite Mr Marcus Hanna, General Manager of Fairmont Singapore & Swissôtel The Stamford, to present his insights on some of the major trends currently making waves within the hospitality industry. Mr Hanna also shared useful case studies and examples of how he has successfully worked with his team to ride these new waves to meet the industry’s rising challenges.
The highly interactive session was well-received by the attendees, namely fellow General Managers within the hospitality and recreational club industries. In attendance were Mr Ray Parry, General Manager, Raffles Marina (Singapore); Mr Kok Min Yee, General Manager, Tanah Merah Country Club (Singapore); and Mr Peter Goh, General Manager, Chinese Swimming Club (Singapore).
The CMAS Industry Talk Series aims to be a regular learning and sharing platform for professionals within the Club & Hospitality industries. We look forward to welcoming more professionals within these industries at our subsequent events.
