4 Apr 2018 – The Club Managers’ Association (Singapore) hosted its first Industry Talk Series at The National University Singapore Society (NUSS) – Suntec City Guild House.
Over 30 professionals from various golfing, recreation, graduate and special interest clubs around Singapore attended the talk to receive a presentation on “How to Retain Your Club Members”. The talk was delivered by Ms Carol Pillai, Head of the MDIS School of Tourism & Hospitality. After the presentation, attendees were invited to share success stories within their jurisdiction so as to facilitate a learning session among both experienced and junior professionals.
The talk received positive feedback from attendees. The CMAS Industry Talk Series aims to be a regular learning and sharing platform for professionals within the Club & Hospitality industries. We look forward to welcoming more professionals within these industries at our subsequent events.
