Our Committee is working closely with the Institute of Technical Education College Central’s School of Business & Services (ITE) to design & develop curriculum for the Club industry.
In identifying the skills gap in our Clubs, we have designed a survey, from which the data collected will be useful to customize Continuing Education & Training (CET) courses. CMAS aims to champion staff capability development and hopes to secure the support from all its members.
