As announced at last year’s CMAS Christmas gathering and at our recent Annual General Meeting, CMAS are proud to report a new initiative for the Private Club sector this year in the form of the CMAS Club Industry Annual Salaries and Benefits Survey.
The survey is intended to provide General Managers, Committees, H.R. Managers and other decision makers within the Private Club sector with relevant information concerning employee salaries and benefits, in order to make accurate and informed decisions in Human Resource and Compensation planning.
Designed specifically for the Club Industry by Club specialists the survey will also provide salary and benefit benchmarks from the Hotel and Hospitality Industry.
CMAS Member Clubs
- Large Clubs (with excess of 110 full time staff) SGD 1,500.00
- Small Clubs (with less than 110 full time staff) SGD 900.00
Non CMAS Clubs
- Large Clubs (with excess of 110 full time staff) SGD 2,000.00
- Small Clubs (with less than 110 full time staff) SGD 1,200.00
The survey, which is also conducted annually by the Hong Kong Club Managers Association is endorsed by CMAS and has our full support. It will be conducted and administered for CMAS by SKCFE Ltd (SKC) a Hong Kong based Executive Search and Leisure Consultancy (www.skcfeltd.com).
SKC Managing Director, Robert Bird will be making contact with you directly in the coming weeks to provide further information and to request your participation. We encourage all Clubs to sign up for this exercise in order to generate meaningful data for our industry for the benefit of all – the more Clubs participating, the more meaningful the reports we receive.
