Inspire to Aspire LLP, a local training consultancy, has joined forces with the Club Managers’ Association Singapore (CMAS), representing club, hospitality and related industry professionals managing some of the most prestigious country, town, golf, faculty and sports clubs in Singapore, to bring you a series of up-skilling and re-skilling courses to help club professionals and their employees gear up to meet the challenges of the economic recovery.
These courses are professionally curated by the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC) and targeted at the skills and career development needs of hospitality and Club staff. SHATEC has played an integral role in helping to nurture a skilled workforce for Singapore’s hospitality industry for close to four decades.
This collaboration enhances the range of training programs that the CMAS offers to its members and their staff. It solidifies the CMAS commitment to nurturing the professional development of industry practitioners through courses targeted at a wide spectrum of staff from various disciplines. This joint training initiative recognises the value and urgency of certified training for professionals re-entering the workforce or keen to move up from their current roles with confidence and up-to-date skills.

Ms Chong will conduct and facilitate the classes as a master trainer with on-the-ground experience and up-to-date skills. She possesses a practical understanding of the industry to contextualise and improve the effectiveness of the training for your organization.
