With the current Covid-19 restrictions and the dateline set by the Registrar of Societies of 30 September 2020, a physical Annual General Meeting (‘AGM’) is no longer an option.
As such, the usual AGM proceedings will not apply. Members are hereby notified that the 24th Annual General Meeting will convene virtually by electronic means on Friday 25 September 2020 at 6.00 pm, to transact the following business:
Agenda:
To approve Minutes of the 2019 AGM
To receive the President’s Report
To approve the Financials for year ended 30 November 2019
To transact any other business (AOB) of which seven clear days’ notice before the AGM have been given in writing to the Honorary Secretary at namyik@cmas.org.sg
Kindly complete & return the Proxy Form by Tuesday 22 September 2020.
