Members are invited to this Mediation Symposium organised by The Law Society of Singapore on 20th May 2016 (Friday). This is relevant to Clubs as it is another avenue to resolve contentious issues that Clubs may face – in a much less expensive, less confrontational and efficient manner with eminent dispute resolution lawyers as mediators, and which can be done without the attendant negative publicity.
